Terms and guarantees

Last updated 19 October 2026. Client work is governed by a signed master services agreement and statement of work; this page summarises the commitments in them.

Our guarantees

  1. Speed you can check. Every page we build scores 90 or higher for mobile performance on Google PageSpeed Insights at launch (middle of three runs). If one doesn't, we fix it free within 10 business days. Excludes things added after launch or at the client's request (widgets, embeds, tracking tags, new images).
  2. Yours, in writing. Domain, DNS, Google Business Profile and analytics are in your name from day one; we are a user. The site's code becomes yours as you pay for it (each milestone). If you leave, you keep everything and we hand over a full copy within 10 business days.
  3. Every web lead answered within 60 seconds. Automatic reply from our system to every form and chat lead with valid contact details. Offered once a timed test has passed for your site, and marked active in your statement of work.
  4. Launch on time, or your setup fee back. The launch date goes in writing once we have your content, assets, access and approvals. If we miss it through our own delay, you may choose a full refund of every setup fee paid, or carry on with a new date. Monthly fees start at launch, so this is the full amount paid.
  5. Live in 7 days after content approval (Growth). Premium launch dates are set in its proposal instead.
  6. Month-to-month after the minimum term. Cancel by email with 30 days' notice. We send a reminder 30 days before the minimum term ends.

The full wording and its exclusions are in Schedule A of our client agreement. We never guarantee search rankings, a number of leads or revenue.

Prices and tax

Prices on this site are in US dollars and are plus applicable Washington sales tax, itemised on every invoice. Premium is quoted privately after an audit call.

The content of this website belongs to FlowAutomate LLC. Sample builds shown on the work page are designed for fictional businesses and are labelled as samples. Photography is licensed from the sources listed on the credits page.
