- Every page we build scores 90 or higher for mobile performance on Google PageSpeed Insights at launch (middle of three runs). If one doesn't, we fix it free within 10 business days. Excludes things added after launch or at the client's request (widgets, embeds, tracking tags, new images).
- Yours, in writing.
- Domain, DNS, Google Business Profile and analytics are in your name from day one; we are a user. The site's code becomes yours as you pay for it (each milestone). If you leave, you keep everything and we hand over a full copy within 10 business days.
- Every web lead answered within 60 seconds.
- Automatic reply from our system to every form and chat lead with valid contact details. Offered once a timed test has passed for your site, and marked active in your statement of work.
- Launch on time, or your setup fee back.
- The launch date goes in writing once we have your content, assets, access and approvals. If we miss it through our own delay, you may choose a full refund of every setup fee paid, or carry on with a new date. Monthly fees start at launch, so this is the full amount paid.
- Live in 7 days after content approval (Growth).
- Premium launch dates are set in its proposal instead.
- Month-to-month after the minimum term.
- Cancel by email with 30 days' notice. We send a reminder 30 days before the minimum term ends.
